- Stand straight and put both feet in the pedals
- Hold the handles with both hands and slowly pull up and down, feeling resistance in your shoulder muscles
- Repeat for 15-20 reps
- Lay flat on a yoga mat, legs straight out in the pedals
- Lift your head 4 inches from the ground and hold for 30-60 seconds
- Sit on the yoga mat with legs bent and feet flat on the mat in the pedals
